How Perks Atelier handles enquiry information

Perks Atelier collects the information you submit through enquiry and quote-request forms so we can respond, prepare suitable quotation details, and coordinate follow-up communication.

We may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, delivery city or country, event or occasion, approximate required date, requirement notes, selected products, and product-level customization notes where provided.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, review selected products, prepare quotations, and communicate about your requirement by email or other agreed contact methods.

We do not process public online payments in V1. If required for quotation or fulfilment, we may share information only with relevant service or fulfilment partners involved in your request.

We keep information only for as long as needed to manage the enquiry, quotation, and related follow-up, or as required by law.
